LibreOffice Impress is a free open-source presentation editor for Linux, Windows, and Mac OSX. Like Microsoft Powerpoint, Impress allows you to create, modify and publish high-quality presentation slides straight from your desktop computer.

Essential Libreoffice Impress Keybindings

LibreOffice Impress offers enough keybindings to fully control a presentation using the keyboard alone. Not only that, but the default keybindings in Impress include the ability to edit and insert templates and many other exciting features.

This cheatsheet will help you master the basic keybindings for LibreOffice Impress so you can quickly create slideshows and present them readily.

Ctrl + C	Command + C	Copy the currently selected object to the clipboard.
Ctrl + X	Command + X	Copy the currently selected object to the clipboard and delete it.
Ctrl + Z	Command + Z	Undo the last change that you made.
Ctrl + Y	Command + Y	Redo the last change that you made.
Ctrl + Delete		Delete the current text until the end of the word.
Ctrl + Backspace	Command + Backspace	Delete the current text until the beginning of the word.
Ctrl + Shift + Delete		Delete the current text until the end of the sentence.

Groups and Object Editing
