I agree, best is an opinion. What is best for me, may not be best for you. There is no quantitative measure of best in web browsers.

Assuming that I have a virgin HDD (i.e. it does not have Microsoft Windows installed on it), do I need to create a UEFI partition if the hardware of my PC support UEFI?
The whole UEFI thing is very confusing to me…

With the exception of TOR, they all harvest user data, with Google Chrome being the worst offender. What good is “Best centralized Web experience” (whatever that means) if all the user data is hoovered up? Number of users DOES NOT equal “BEST”. Internet Explorer had a huge number of users even though it was a piece of garbage.

NO software can be considered the “BEST” unless it prioritizes PRIVACY and SECURITY.

It’s my favorite and primary. Dillo is a solid alternative for local pages that are mostly document-centric (ie, simpler html) because it’s so fast!

Mullvad is an up and comer. I haven’t really tested it yet but it’s suppose to be a privacy-focused web browser on a Firefox (Tor) backend. It may give my Librewolf some competition is this space (but they need to prove they’re in it for the long haul and that updates are regular).

Lastly, I like Flashpeak Slimjet for occasional pages. I don’t think the modifications to it’s chrome underpinnings are open source and I know I should stay away… but I like it. It’s very fast on my Linux system too!
