Reading long articles on a computer screen can be difficult, especially if the site has small print and very little white space. Reading on a Kindle is much easier on the eyes, and you have more control over the size and the font you use.
There aren’t any default methods to send Web articles to a Kindle from an Android. You will need different apps to accomplish this.

Find Your Kindle Address
Before you try to use any of the apps mentioned in this article, you need to find, and probably change, your Kindle email address. To do this:
1. Open the Amazon Shopping app, not Kindle, and tap on the menu icon (the three horizontal lines in the top left corner).
2. From the menu that appears, select the “Your Account” picture.
3. Scroll down to Kindle content.
4. Click on the Devices tab at the top of the screen.
5. Click on the drop-down at the top, and scroll down until you find the Kindle device you want to use.
6. Find the email address, and click “Edit” next to it. Take note of the address because you will need it later.
7. Change the address to something a bit easier to remember and click Save.
Once you know the email address, there are several Apps available for sending Web articles to your Kindle.

Send to Kindle
The first app is the Send to Kindle app. This app is not the same as the Send to Kindle for Android app available from Amazon. That app is only capable of sending documents to your Kindle and not Web articles.
Send to Kindle allows you to send web articles to your Kindle by utilizing the Share feature on your mobile web browser.
1. Download the Send to Kindle app from the Play Store.
2. Locate the article you want to send to your Kindle on any browser.
3. Open the settings for your browser and look for three dots in the top-right corner.
4. Click Share.
5. Choose Send to Kindle as your sharing app.
6. Wait for the app to convert your article to the correct format.
7. Click the yellow-arrow Send button.
8. If this is the first time you have used the app, you will need to set up your Kindle email address. Tap the message to do so.
9. Type in your Kindle email and press Save.
10. Choose your email client.
11. Send the email.
12. Check your Kindle for the article.
The issue with this app is that there is a limit of only three articles you can send per day. After that, you have to watch a video to continue sending up to three more files. If you will use the app often, you can upgrade for less than two dollars.

Push to Kindle
Push to Kindle works in a very similar way to the Send to Kindle app discussed above. The main difference is that it does not need to open your email app to send the article to your Kindle.
Push to Kindle is not a free app. It will cost you $3.99 to try it; however, if you don’t like it, you can ask for a refund.

Approved Senders
To ensure that both of these apps will work correctly, you need to add the email addresses to your approved senders list. For Send to Kindle, I added my Kindle’s address, and since my registered email address with Amazon is different than the address I send the files with, I added it, too.
For Push to Kindle, add the email address “kindle@fivefilters.org” to your approved senders list in Amazon as well before using the app. Otherwise, the file will not send.
To add these addresses to the approved senders list:
1. Go to the website on your desktop and click on “Your account” under the Accounts and Lists menu. (You can also access these settings by clicking on this link: https://www.amazon.com/manageyourkindle. Click on Preferences and continue from there. )
2. Click on “Change your digital and device settings.”
3. Scroll down to find the “Personal document” settings and click on the heading.
4. Scroll down to see the Approved Personal Document E-mail List.
5. Click on “Add a new approved email address.”
6. Type in the addresses you need that enable Android to Kindle shares.
7. Save the list.
Both of these apps work equally well in sending your articles to a Kindle device. The Push to Kindle app works faster because it doesn’t use the extra step of opening the email app to send the file. It does it automatically in the background.
